On October 13, 2016, a team of five Carleton undergraduate physics students represented Carleton University at the Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference 2016 (CUPC-2016) at Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS). Three students, Austin de Ste. Croix, Matt Hemsley and Andrew Zwaniga, presented the research work they did in the past summer here at Carleton.
The Carleton Undergraduate Physics Society (CUPS) president and vice president, Waqar Muhammad and Ben Hansson, presented a well prepared bid for hosting the next undergraduate conference, CUPC-2017 and CUPS win the bid!
Carleton University will be hosting the next CUPC in October 2017! Another highlight to expect on Carleton’s 75th anniversary!
