Dr. Murugkar featured in the Ottawa Citizen

OMPI member, Dr. Sangeeta Murugkar, who leads the Light-Assisted Medical Physics and Engineering Laboratory at Carleton University, was recently featured in the Ottawa Citizen. The article highlights Dr. Murugkar’s groundbreaking research using Raman spectroscopy and imaging to detect cancerous cells and to measure the cellular response to radiation.
