About Prarthana Pasricha

I completed my undergrad in physics at the University of Delhi, India, and MSc in Physics at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Canada. During my masters, I focused on studying wide angle X-ray scatter signals to understand breast cancer biology.

At Carleton, I'm pursuing my Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Rowan Thomson. For my current project, I am part of an interdisciplinary group with a shared goal: connecting cellular-level energy deposition with biological response in radiation medicine, using Raman spectroscopy, monte carlo simulations, and machine learning techniques.
